福祉の現場で「明日から小さく試せる一歩」を得ることを目的に、生成AIの**基本**・**安全な使い方**・**実務での使い道**を60分で学ぶオンラインセミナーを開催しましたのでお知らせします。

## 開催概要

### 福祉の現場で活用する 生成AI入門セミナー ― 安全に、効率よく、ていねいに ―

- **日時：**2025年8月20日（水）16:30〜（所要 約60分）
- **実施方法：**Zoom（オンライン開催）
- **対象：**障害福祉の現場に携わる方全般（就労支援／相談支援／生活支援 等）
- **参加費：**無料

## セミナー内容

1. AIの基本理解
2. 安全な使い方（説明責任）
3. 現場での具体的な使い道

### プログラム（60分の流れ）：

- 生成AIの基本
- 安全のための配慮ポイント
- 障害福祉の現場での使い方 
    - 演習①：記録の「要点3行」（①今日の様子 ②気になる点 ③次の一手）を整理する
    - 演習②：面談ふり返りの型を回す
    - 演習③：音声対話を使ったロールプレイ
- 機能紹介（Deep Research ほか）

終了時には「明日から小さく試せる一歩」を持ち帰れる構成です。
