弊社は、青森県に所在する事業の事業承継支援を実施いたしましたのでお知らせします。

- **譲渡方法**：事業譲渡
- **完了予定日**：2024年12月1日

### 支援内容

- 統合計画の策定・実行支援
- 地域特性を考慮した再生戦略・統合後の事業計画の立案
- DX（デジタルトランスフォーメーション）の導入支援
